With a name synonymous with construction excellence and experience, our story begins with our late founder and third generation construction worker, Glen Ghilotti. Glen was raised in the trenches and established an enviable reputation as a virtuoso out in the field with unbeatable standards. Throughout his 30 year career at Maggiora & Ghilotti – the general engineering contractor firm his father Henry J. “Babe” Ghilotti, co-founded – Glen developed the passion and ability to master any piece of equipment or project, and jumped at the call of duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a talented leader, Glen earned wide respect as someone who cared deeply about the product and the people, which always came first.

In Glen’s very same footsteps, Kevin was raised working summers in the field at Maggiora & Ghilotti. There he learned tools of the trade and a community-first ethos of leadership built on mentorship, honesty, and trust working alongside Glen. After helping Maggiora & Ghilotti grow to annual revenues of $25 million, Glen set his sights to establish the next generation of Ghilotti family entrepreneurship with Kevin as his partner.

In 2007, Team Ghilotti Inc. was formally established in Petaluma, California. With Kevin and Glen’s daughter, Jennifer, joining the leadership team, TGI continues to grow year over year, with our thumbprint on small and large projects throughout Northern California. True to our mission and philosophy, TGI is actively involved in events and charitable giving in Petaluma and throughout Sonoma County.
